韓式烤牛肉 Beef Bulgogi
以前久唔久出街食都會叫beef bulgogi
不過自從試過呢隻醬之後就再冇係出面食過, 因爲實在太簡單, 自己煮更加好味!
係數字屋正價大約$13, 估唔到運到黎澳洲都係差唔多價錢, 一樽仲可以煮幾次, 非常抵
係澳洲都只係賣aud$1.8 (~hkd$13), 一d都唔貴哦
材料:
肥牛 400g
芽菜 80g
洋葱(切絲) 1個
蒜蓉 1茶匙
葱段
bulgogi sauce 適量
做法:
1. 先爆香洋蔥和蒜蓉
2. 放入肥牛炒至金黃, 然後加入芽菜, 葱同醬料, 即可

我都係用呢隻醬!
除左牛我仲拎過來醃雞同豬, 一樣好食!
