啤酒炸蝦 Guinness Battered Prawns

雖然我唔飲酒, 但係久唔久都會用酒黎煮野
煮得最多就係用白酒煮risotto
用啤酒煮都係第一次, 老公好鍾意食, 但係我就覺得太苦, 下次可以落少d Guinness

材料:
老虎蝦           500克
麵粉               100克
泡打粉           1茶匙
鹽                   1茶匙
黑椒               少許
健力士黑啤   150毫升

Ingredients:
500g Tiger Prawn
100g Flour
1tsp  Baking Powder
1tbsp Salt
pinch of Black Pepper
150ml Guinness


做法:
1. 將麵粉過篩, 與泡打粉,鹽同黑椒混合, 再慢慢倒入黑啤, 打發至麵糊平滑
2. 蝦碌殼及去除內臟, 沾上麵糊, 放入油炸1分鐘, 即可

Steps:
1. Sift the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper into a mixing bowl. Slowly pour in the Guinness and whisk everything until well combined
2. Peel and deveined the prawns. Dip the prawns in the batter and deep-fry them for 1 minute. DONE!
