鹽麴雞扒飯


鹽麴既威力真係好厲害
只係醃左短短20分鐘已經令到雞肉好鮮嫩
而今次既亮點係個鹽麴麻油醬
淋少少係塊雞扒上面令雞肉更香,味道更出

椒鹽豆腐粒 Salt & Pepper Tofu


好邪惡既一碟小菜呀!!
其實用煎既方法都得既,不過之前炸過野有油剩, 且可以同媽咪鍋養下鍋
加上老公又鍾意食煎炸香口野
所以炸就炸啦, 間唔中肥一次都冇所謂啦

感覺好清新, 好適合夏天食

日式义燒拉麵


一直都唔知原來日式义燒係用五花腩黎煮
而且煮法一d都唔難
但係每次出街食都只係得個薄薄既兩三塊义燒
今次自家製終於可以啖啖肉(其實係自己冇咁好刀法切薄片啦)
個汁可以用黎用湯底,不過今次用咗係759買既拉麵,入面已經有湯底,味道都唔錯嫁!

魚粥 Fish Congee

 Sydney既天氣好恐怖,一個星期可以經歷晒四季
今日20度,聽日35度,後日又可以得返14度
搞到我既感冒一直都唔好
原本買咗魚柳返黎整糖醋魚,但係我已經冇精神搞咁多野,最後決定煲粥就算啦
