上海炒年糕 Shanghainese Rice Cake
一個我好鍾意食嘅餸, 當然無出面食咁足料啦, 不過自己煮無咁油, 健康d嗎
材料:
年糕 300g (切片)
白菜仔 一扎
白磨菇/冬菰 5粒 (切片)
火腿 5塊 (切絲)
做法:
1. 年糕浸軟
2. 炒熟火腿,磨菇同白菜仔, 最後落年糕,加小小水炒至軟身
3. 落生抽,鹽同小小老抽上色即可
鍾意嘅話可以加埋豬肉碎嫁
