酥炸雞胸肉配什菜沙律 Chicken Schnitzel Salad
又一個簡單既餸, 最啱放咗工之後煮, 又唔會太heavy
材料:
雞胸肉 2塊 (拍扁)
麵包糠 1杯
麵粉 1/4 杯
蛋 2隻 (打勻)
什菜沙律 適量
Parmesan cheese 適量
沙律醬 適量
做法:
1. 將雞肉沾上麵粉, 旦汁同麵包糠, 用煎或炸方式煮至兩面金黃
2. 用廚房紙吸一吸油, 然後放在沙律上
3. 再放上芝士同沙律醬, 即可
係咪好簡單又冇難道呢?
