日式牛肉豆腐鍋



呢個食鐠係係LC日本網到搵到
Google Translate但係就translate唔搭八
不過經過我從新調教過個份量加對煮食既小小認識
得出黎既結果係老公連啲湯都一滴不漏同我清曬


由於怕個牛肉鍋會,所以加多個 Takoyaki Ball
兩個都咁好味啦!! 滿既一餐




材料:
肥牛                      250g
豆腐                      300g
紅蘿蔔                 1



汁料:
                 400ml
醬油                  60ml
料理酒               50ml
                       2tbsp

做法:
1.  紅蘿蔔切薄片, 豆腐切細,
2.  汁料煮滾後,放入紅蘿蔔同豆腐煮5分鐘
3.  再加入芋, 蔥段
4.  最後放入肥牛煮至熟即可
