Week 5: 忌廉蘑菇湯 Creamy Mushroom Soup



材料:
牛油    60g+20g
蒜頭    2
白蘑菇600g+100g

麵粉    2tbsp雞湯    4杯
忌廉    300ml
Goats Cheese


做法:
1. 牛油入鍋中煮溶, 蒜蓉煮1分鐘
2.
切碎咗既白蘑菇煮3-4分鐘至軟身
3. 灑上
麵粉攪拌1分鐘, 然後慢慢雞湯攪拌
4. 滾後
小火煮5分鐘
5.
攪拌機打至光滑, 忌廉再加熱
6.
余牛油白蘑菇平底鍋, 用中火煎2分鐘至金黃
7.
蘑菇湯小碗, 灑上蘑菇Goat Cheese即可
