日式焗雞翼



噚晚趁開焗爐就一次過焗兩樣野



焗爐煮飯真係好方便,
通常都係放曬入焗爐,
教好時間就可以行開



材料:



                 12



醃料:



日本豉油            1tbsp



味醂                      1tbsp



料理酒                 1tbsp



鰹魚粉                 1/2tsp



                           2tsp



老抽                      1tsp



做法:



1.       30分鐘or



2.      
焗爐預熱200C



3.      
放入焗爐5分鐘, 反轉搽上醃料5分鐘, 反轉搽上醃料5分鐘即可
