蛋白燉鮮奶
又係甜品post呀!!
我覺得
用LC mini casserole
整
甜品就最好不過
一人一碗唔使爭, 又唔使驚會食得太
多
( 一人份量)
材料:
蛋白
1隻
牛奶
150ml
糖
3/4tbsp
做法:
1. 將
蛋白,
牛奶
同糖
混合
2.
用篩子過濾,
然後
倒
入容器內
3. 大火蒸10分鐘即可
