雜莓杏仁撻 Mixed Berries Almond Tart



當個撻一出爐, 我就叫老公幫我'筆'雪糕 (我從來都試過成功'筆'到一球雪糕)
老公: one scoop enough?
Me: Yes
影...影...影...

轉身一講食得啦!! 就見到老公手持一球雪糕
Me: One Scoop ONLY!!!
老公: Oh sorry... but I took out already... I will EAT it
成日都係到呃雪糕食




材料:
酥皮 (1開 4)                        1
牛油 (軟化)                          80g
Almond Meal                      50g
Brown Sugar                      1tbsp
Frozen Mixed Berries       
Icing Sugar                         1/4cup
Ice Cream




做法:
1. 將牛油, almond meal & brown sugar混合, 然後平均塗在酥皮
2. 放上berries & 一icing sugar, 放入焗爐200c焗15-20分鐘
3. 焗好後灑上icing sugar & ice cream 即可
