噚晚老公問夜晚食咩, 我就話食Spanish

No No, 咁易畀你估到就無驚喜啦 (日日諗食咩真係唔易…)
到煮既時候先發現雪櫃裡面條chorizo未過期但係發咗mo!!
食Spanish無chorizo真係差咁d, 不過又唔想摸黑去買, 所以就照煮啦
材料:
Chicken thigh fillet 500g
Chorizo (sliced) 200g
Chickpeas 400g
Balsamic Vinegar 1tbsp
Tomato (diced) 1
Chilli (sliced) 1
Parsley
醃料:
Smoked Paprika 1tsp
Garlic (crushed) 2 cloves
Cumin 1tsp
Olive Oil 1tbsp
做法:
1. 先將雞肉醃30分鐘
2. 將雞肉每面煎2-3分鐘, 盛起備用
3. 放入Chorizo&Chickpeas炒2-3分鐘至金黃, 雞肉回鑊
4. 倒入Balsamic Vinegar , 蓋蓋慢火煮5分鐘
5. 最後加入蕃茄, 辣椒&Parsley即可
Tapas通常都係放係小碗到
我又貪得意 (實情係貪新忘舊)放入新買既LC mini casserole
