煙三文魚水煮蛋配天使麵 Angel Hair Pasta with Poached Egg & Smoked Salmon



邊個話Poached Egg一定要放上麵包食?邊個話煮野要用好多時間?
15分鐘就煮好一餐,好過落街買飯盒啦




材料:
天使麵                    250 g
橄欖油                    1/4 cup
檸檬皮                    1/2 tbsp
檸檬汁                    1/8 cup
Poached egg        2
Smoked Salmon  150 g
Parmesan

做法:
1. 天使麵煮熟備用
2. 橄欖油 & 檸檬皮用慢火煮2-3分鐘, 熄火後倒入檸檬汁,加salt&pepper調味, 放入天使麵攪拌
3.
放上Poached egg & Smoked Salmon, 灑上Parmesan&pepper 即可
