煙三文魚水煮蛋配天使麵 Angel Hair Pasta with Poached Egg & Smoked Salmon

買飯盒啦
材料:
天使麵 250 g
橄欖油
1/4 cup
檸檬皮
1/2 tbsp
檸檬汁
1/8 cup
Poached egg 2
Smoked Salmon 150 g
Parmesan
做法:
1. 天使麵煮熟備用
2.
橄欖油 &
檸檬皮
用慢火煮2-3分鐘, 熄火後
倒入
檸檬汁,
加salt&pepper調味, 放入
天使麵攪拌
3.
放上
Poached egg & Smoked Salmon, 灑上Parmesan
&pepper 即可
