Egg Benedict



噚日10:30起飛身諗住煮早餐
都唔知係我既問題呀, 定係真係要咁耐
一煮就煮到11:45先食得
最激
氣係整個Hollandaise Sauce, 打到我手都斷都係好runny
最後向老公求救, 點知唔使兩分鐘就傑曬, 仲要overdone...
不過見到啲蛋黃係咁流出黎就覺得好有成功感
覺得我既poached egg skill 愈來愈得呢



有人可以分享吓Hollandaise Sauce秘決嗎?
