雞茸粟米豆腐羹 Sweet Corn Thick Soup with Chicken and Tofu
材料:
雞肉 150g(切粒)
豆腐 4小件(切粒)
粟米茸 小罐
雞蛋 1隻
雞湯 3杯
做法:
1. 先醃雞粒
2. 雞湯倒入鍋中,煮滾後放入所有材料攪拌,落盬調味
3. 加生粉水勾芡,煮滾後熄火,下旦液攪勻,即可
