鮭魚幽庵燒 Baked Soy Sauce Marinated Salmon

 幽庵燒係江戶時代(1603-1867)日本滋賀縣人北村裕庵所獨創的料理, 是屬於燒烤食物既一種
一般用係懷石料理時稱為"幽庵燒", 如果用柚子就稱為"柚庵燒"




材料:
三文魚  2條

醃料:
豉油     3tbsp
清酒     3tbsp
味醂     3tbsp
檸檬     少許

Ingredient:
Salmon  2 pieces

Marinate sauce:
Soy sauce     3tbsp
Sake             3tbsp
Mirin            3tbsp
Lemon          little

做法:
1. 三文魚洗淨後用醃料醃30分鐘
2. 用焗爐200度焗10-15分鐘, 中途要用掃子掃上醃料幾次, 即可

Steps:
1. Rinse salmon and then pour marinade over the salmon. Refrigerate and leave to marinade for 30 minutes
2. Preheat oven at 200 degrees and place salmon in oven for 15 minutes. brush salmon with leftover marinade at 5th and 10th minute
