豉油王炒麵 Chow Mein
每次返香港都要去
街市食白粥 ,腸粉, 炒麵
白粥3蚊, 腸粉同 炒麵都係6蚊, 又抵又好味, 絕對唔差過d連鎖店, 最重要係係澳洲食唔到d咁地道既野!!
材料:
熟麵餅 150g
蔥 隨意 (切段)
火腿 隨意
芽菜
隨意
調味料:
老抽 2湯匙
生抽 1.5茶匙
糖 少許
做法:
1. 用滾水將熟麵餅攪散,瀝乾水份
2. 熱鑊落油,用猛火將麵慢慢烘乾,然後加入調味料,將麵上色上味,最後加入火腿,芽菜同蔥略炒,即可
