蒸魚 Catch of the Day
今日Honey出海釣魚,拎咗條不知名返嚟,最簡單就係蒸咗佢啦
材料:
魚
薑絲
葱絲
葱段
魚汁:
豉油
糖
麻油
水
做法:
1. 魚洗淨後在厚肉部份劃一刀
2. 碟上鋪葱段,放魚,放薑絲,用大火蒸7-8分鐘
3. 煮滾魚汁,倒入碟內,即可
