香辣可樂雞柳 Cola Chili Chicken

由於買唔到罐裝可樂, 於是就買咗枝2L返黎
原味既太甜所以我地已經戒飮咗好耐
正當我諗緊點消滅佢好
我:整可樂雞翼都好喎
老公:咩你今晚唔係整雞翼咩?
我:唔係呀, 今晚整雞肉
老公:哦...即係你仲可以買雞脾,雞胸同雞腳...


材料:
雞脾肉(切粒) 500克
薑(切絲)
蒜蓉 3瓣
辣椒 (切絲) 1隻
葱段
腰果 適量
可樂 350毫升
生抽 2湯匙
老抽 2湯匙

Ingredients:
500g Chicken thigh fillet (diced)
Ginger (sliced)
3 Garlic cloves (chopped)
1 Chili (sliced)
Spring Onion, cut into 5cm lengths
Handful of Unsalted Cashew nuts (toasted)
350ml Cola
2tbsp Soy sauce
2tbsp Dark soy sauce

做法:
1. 雞脾肉用生抽同生粉醃一小時
2. 先將雞肉煎至金黄, 然後下薑絲, 蒜蓉同辣椒絲炒一分鐘
3. 倒入可樂, 生抽同老抽, 用慢火煮15分鐘至汁變
4. 熄火後放入葱段同腰果, 即可

Steps:
1. Marinate the chicken fillet with soy sauce and corn flour for an hour
2. Pan fry the chicken until golden brown. Then add the chili, ginger and garlic and cook for a minute
3. Pour the Cola, soy sauce and dark sauce into the pan and let it simmer for about 15 minutes until the sauce is thick and sticky
4. Turn the heat off, add the spring onion and cashew nuts and give it a quick stir. DONE!
